Returns/refunds within South Africa:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products, as long as they are returned in an “as new” and sellable condition. This means that there is no physical damage to the product, it has not been soiled, stained or washed and does not smell like cigarette smoke, braai smoke, perfume, etc.
We will arrange and cover the courier fees for collection of the item from your confirmed address at no extra cost to you. Once we receive the item back, we will inspect it to make sure it meets all criteria above. If it meets the criteria above, a refund will be processed. If you decide to return the same item again during the 30-day money-back guarantee period, the cost to have the item delivered back to us and/or returned to your address will be billed to you.
If, however, the item does not meet these criteria, your refund will not be processed and the cost to deliver the item back to you will be billed to you, or alternatively, you may arrange for your own collection from us.
If you’ve purchased a North Ridge product from one of our authorised stockists, please contact the retailer for their return policy. All refunds and exchanges are handled through your retailer.
Returns/refunds outside of South Africa:
We do not accept returns or support exchanges for international orders processed through our online store.
Countries outside of South Africa may be subject to additional duties to be paid.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties.
If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the North Ridge warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
By law, North Ridge is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied.
Our products come with a lifetime guarantee on all stitching and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, misuse or negligence, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
If you reside within South Africa, we will arrange for our couriers to collect the item from your confirmed address at no extra cost to you. Once we receive it back, we will inspect it to access the manufacturing defect and undertake the necessary repairs. Once repaired we will send it back to you at no additional cost.
If we determine that there is no manufacturing defect, but the fault is due to misuse etc., the cost to repair and to deliver the item back to you will be billed to you, or alternatively, you may arrange for your own collection from us.
You will be liable for all courier costs if you reside in a country outside of South Africa.
To cancel your order, please email email@example.com, and include your order number plus reason for cancelling.
Should you have purchased just before or after a sale period, there will be no price adjustments made on those purchases.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time.
